Q. What sort of positions do Edmen offer?
A. Edmen offer temporary (on hire), contract and permanent positions to job seekers.

Q. How do the temporary on hire assignments operate?
A. You will be employed by Edmen to undertake work for our clients. For the duration of the client work assignment, you perform all duties and tasks required by the work assignment under the direction and supervision of the client.

Q. When you work for Edmen, who is your employer and how often am I paid?
A. Your employer is Edmen. Your pay advice will come from Edmen. All on hire employees are paid weekly.

Q. What is the registration process?
A. To register with Edmen you will need to contact your local Edmen office to organise an appropriate time to meet with one of our Consultants and complete our standard application form.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. You will be need to bring proof of identity, resume, original qualifications, tax file number and evidence of Australian work rights e.g. passport.

Q. Will I see an Edmen Consultant during the registration process?
A. Yes. One of our Consultants will assist you to complete the application forms and assess your qualifications, experience, skills and work ethic to make sure we put you forward for the right roles.

Q. What is the process once I have registered?
A. Our Consultants will try and match you qualifications, skills and experience to our current vacancies. If there are no vacancies at the time to suit you, we will register you details and contact you as soon as an opportunity arises.

Q. Does Edmen allow online registrations?
A. No. At Edmen we strive for personable service at all times and like to meet all applicants during the registration process.

Q. Do I have to be an Australian citizen to apply for work at Edmen?
A. If you are not an Australian citizen or a holder of a New Zealand passport you will need to hold a current Australian Temporary Working Visa with an entitlement to work.
